1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and unworn.
- Returned in original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, Velzir will cover the return shipping cost. A prepaid return label will be provided, and a replacement or full refund will be offered at no extra cost.
- Change of Mind / Customer Remorse: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, the style does not meet your preference, or you ordered the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
4. Restocking Fees
We value our customers. Velzir does NOT charge any restocking fees.

5. How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@velzir.shop with your Order Number, Reason for return, and Photos (required for damaged items).
- Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with specific return instructions.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Banks or card providers may take up to 7 business days to process and post the refund.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Final sale items (if clearly marked at purchase).
